TalkTalk revealed that it is going to release its brand new mobile broadband dongles by the end of this year.

Tests on these dongles are currently in process. However, what’s really appealing is the testing method. TalkTalk has arranged for a charity bike ride which starts at Land’s End to John O’Groats. During that 910 mile ride, Sarah Beckingsale and Steve Mitchell will use the dongle to communicate with their fans across the globe. The money raised by this charity will be donated to the Great Western Air Ambulance.

The bottom line is that with this event, TalkTalk has really hit two birds with one stone.
